– 30 grams of walnut shell
– 200 ml of water
How to proceed?
Take the walnut shells and put them in a pot and add water to cover them. Put it on the stove at medium heat, and let it boil for 20 minutes. After it cools down, strain the liquid.
How to use?
Well, simple! Just soak your toothbrush in this magical liquid and brush your teeth for 5 minutes. Repeat this procedure 3 times a day for at least 10 days. The tartar should soften, and will simply fall!
