Salty Migraine Remedy For Breastfeeding Moms

Those suffering of migraines are often anxious to get rid of this terrible pain as quickly as possible. A strong migraine shouldn’t be ignored because it may affect you the entire day, and sometimes may hide other affections.
A person suffering from migraines can’t focus on their daily activities. Although migraines are unpleasant and may disturb your focus, they don’t cause long-term injuries.

I’m sure that the best way to get rid of a migraine is to take immediately a painkiller. But, you may try a natural version of painkillers which is simply called: salt.

You need:

– half a glass of water
– juice from a lemon
– 2 teaspoons of Himalayan salt

Just mix the above ingredients, and stir well until the salt dissolves. Drink it right away, and in a few minutes the pain will disappear.
