How To Use Cinnamon To Lose Weight Healthy And Without Starvation

Cinnamon, a highly appreciated spice, can become your best ally if you want to lose weight. And honey and cinnamon combination helps to burn fat easily. Cinnamon and honey diet
To follow this diet you only need three ingredients: cinnamon, honey and water.

Ingredients:
– half a teaspoon of cinnamon powder (ceylon)
– a teaspoon of natural honey
– a cup of water (250 ml)

Method of preparation:
In a mug put the cinnamon and add hot water over it. Let it to infuse for 15 minutes, and after the mixture cols down, add honey. You have to drink half a mug in the morning and half a mug in the evening, preferably before eating and before going to bed. You can drink more of this preparation during the day. This cinnamon diet should be followed for 2 weeks, and if it’s necessary you can repeat it after 1 month break.
