The most simple and effective diet is the one with wheat grass, honey and walnuts.
To obtain wheat sprouts you have to buy wheat (not barley) and wash it with water. In a glass or porcelain recipient (it can be a bottle) put warm water and add the wheat. Leave it there for 3 hours then wash it with lukewarm water.

Put it back in the recipient with fresh water, and wash again after 3 hours. Repeat this process for 3 days, every 6 hours until wheat starts to germ. The obtain germs are kept in the refrigerator.
