Infections, chaotic nutrition and poor metabolism can lead to salt deposits, favoring the appearance of gout. Although this condition can be easily confused with those unaesthetic bunions, you should know that gout is a clog of saline crystals because of kidney or liver disorders.
Salt deposits can be removed with drugs, and so does bunions, that’s why you should see a doctor first to make sure which type of condition you have, before starting to treat it!
So, if you really know that gout is the reason of those “bumps” on your feet, then you can try the following remedy to get rid of it!
– 1 tablespoon of baking soda
– 3 liters of warm water
– 100 ml of alcohol (vodka it’s usually used for this remedy)
– 5 big bay leaves
Mix the bay leaves with vodka, and let this mixture to soak for 3 days, in a dark and cool place, such as the pantry. Then, strain the liquid in a small bottle, and it’s ready to be used.
Every evening before bedtime, just soak your feet in a basin with 3 liters of lukewarm water, and add the baking soda spoon. Let your feet stand there for 15 minutes, and then wipe them gently with a cotton towel. Now, you can apply with your finger the bay leaf tincture on the problem area. Let it dry, and then put on a pair of cotton socks, and go to sleep. You have to stop any activity after using this remedy, to relax your feet.
Follow this remedy for at least 2 months. Improvements should be seen after the first month of use.
