How To Relieve Leg Cramps Pain Without Medication

Leg cramps and muscular cramps are caused by lack of calcium, magnesium, nervous system disorders or neuroses or vascular diseases. Sciatica, low back pain and other spinal disorders are some factors that lead to this disorder. These can sometimes last for weeks without any chance of improvement.

When leg cramps appear you can take a teaspoon of mustard powder and keep it on your tongue, pressing the palate, until you completely swallow it. The same procedure is applied in the case of strokes.
Leg cramps can be prevented and reduced in frequency and intensity if you exercise daily: take long walks for example, cycling or swimming.

Salt water
Drink a mixture of 150 ml of spring water with half a teaspoon of Epsom salt. It has immediate effects during pain.

Cork
In ancient medicine corks were used to stop the pain. Rub the painful area with a cork to get rid of the pain caused by leg cramps.

Lemon juice
Apply lemon juice on your soles every morning and evening, then take a pair of socks on. Repeat this procedure for 2-3 weeks. After a 2-week break, you can resume. During the treatment, drink a glass of water with a teaspoon of lemon juice a day with small swallows.

Propolis, honey and butter
Mix 20 g of propolis with 2 tablespoons of honey and a spoonful of butter. With this paste, rub the feet affected by spasms every night before bedtime.

Honey and almonds
Mix 2 teaspoons of honey with crunchy almonds and consume during each meal. Doing this treatment for a week the effects are guaranteed.

Baked potatoes
It’s recommended to consume 50-100 g of potatoes per day to relieve leg cramps. Potatoes contain a lot of potassium, beneficial to the good function of muscles.

Mustard oil, lemon or mint
Rub the painful area with mustard oil every day. In the evening, it’s recommended to take afoot bath with 3-5 drops of lemon or mint oil.
