Olive oil for chronic constipation

You need:
-1 tablespoon of olive oil,
-1 teaspoon of lemon juice (optional)

You don’t have to add lemon juice if you don’t have a problem in swallowing olive oil as such. But if it leaves you with a bad taste in your mouth, it’s recommended to add lemon juice, especially for children. All that you have to do is to consume olive oil in the morning on an empty stomach. You can’t take it later in the day but before meals.

Detoxification with water and lemon

You need:
-1 lemon,
-1 glass of warm water

Squeeze the lemon over the water, mix well and drink the magic potion.

Aloe Vera gel
Aloe Vera gel is one of the most versatile herbal remedy, and it does wonders in case of constipation. If you don’t have this plant at home, to extract the gel from it, you can purchase natural Aloe Vera gel from a store.

You need:
-2 tablespoons of pure aloe vera gel

Swallow the gel and if you can’t stand the taste drink a glass of fresh orange juice after. If you buy it from herbal store just read the instructions.

Dandelion tea improves digestion
It’s the most annoying weed for gardeners, but it’s very effective in many health disorders, and constipation is one of them. It acts like a natural detoxifier with laxative and soothing effect.
How to prepare: put 1 or 2 tablespoons of dry dandelion in a cup of hot water and leave to infuse for 10 minutes. Drink 3 cups per day and you can sweeten it with honey before drinking.

Consume plenty of fluids and try exercising. Also you have to give up foods that harm your digestion. And you can try whenever you want these constipation remedies every time you’re dealing with it.
